Rina Buteaux, representing Dumpling Hour, shared the heart behind the eatery’s mission: “With Dumpling Hour, we just started this as a mission of trying to bring more authentic modern and Chinese food to Lafayette because we noticed there was a little bit of a lack in a variety of that kind. We focus on authenticity and homemade-like recipes and handmade dumplings.”
