A Hometown Voice Takes the Stage
YOUNGSVILLE, La. — The sounds of country music will fill the Youngsville Amphitheater on Saturday, September 12, as Acadiana native Kylie Frey takes the stage as the featured opening act for Little Big Town. The evening will bring together local talent, nationally recognized country music and a community celebration that highlights the gifts growing right here in Acadiana.
For Frey, the opportunity carries the significance of returning to the region that helped shape her musical journey. Her Louisiana roots remain an important part of her identity as a singer-songwriter and performer, demonstrating how the places where people grow up can leave a lasting influence on the gifts they eventually share with others.
Celebrating Local Talent
Youngsville Mayor Ken Ritter expressed excitement about welcoming Frey home and presenting her to a local audience before Little Big Town takes the stage.
“Kylie Frey is exactly the kind of artist we are proud to showcase at the Youngsville Amphitheater,” Ritter said, emphasizing the special connection between the artist and the Acadiana community.
The evening is more than a concert. It is an opportunity for residents to celebrate someone from their own region who has carried the sounds and traditions of Louisiana beyond its borders.

Frey is scheduled to perform at 7:30 p.m., followed later in the evening by Little Big Town. Together, the performers will create an evening that connects local artistry with a nationally recognized country music experience.
