The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 22:29, “Do you see someone skilled in their work? They will serve before kings; they will not serve before obscure people.” The tool library fosters this very spirit, equipping residents with the resources they need to cultivate their skills and become capable handymen (or handywomen!).
