The prophet Elijah provides a powerful example of the transformative power of dwelling in God’s presence. Despite facing threats from powerful rulers, Elijah fearlessly confronted injustice because he knew he was protected by the Lord. His courage was rooted in his intimate relationship with God.

A Prayer for Intimacy with God
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of dwelling in Your secret place. We pray that You would deepen our intimacy with You and fill us with Your Holy Spirit. May we experience Your peace, protection, and guidance in every area of our lives. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen
