From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., children filled the streets in creative costumes, enjoying safe trick-or-treating, a haunted house, and even encounters with “creepy critters.” Hosted at 210 E. St. Peter Street, this family-friendly event offered laughter and connection for residents of all ages — reminding everyone that joy and unity can shine even on the spookiest of nights.

Faith and Fellowship Amid the Festivities
While the event embraced Halloween fun, its heart reflected something deeper — a community gathering in love, safety, and gratitude. City organizers ensured that the event area was closed to cars, creating a secure space where families could celebrate together.
